Keep in mind that most good cops also have a copy of this one, and all the other beat your ticket books. If you have $30 to burn though, give it a shot. Be realistic though and don't give yourself false hopes. Nothing worse than paying $30, going to court, and losing anyway. Having a broad knowledge is always a good thing though. Keep in mind that the guy who made the website up is also the founder and owner of CBMall.com and his specialty is marketing, principally, web marketing and he is very successful at making money off web sales. He does list drag racing as a hobby though. Maybe he got spanked once too many times and decided to find a cheaper way to continue his hobby....
