$700k to live in Lathrop? What the motherfuck?! I was just there a few months ago. The only thing worth a damn there was the Country Kitchen restaurant next to the hotel. If you want to go anywhere exciting you have to be in a car for an hour and a half. If I'm paying 700 large for a house, I might as well get it right here in the heart of the bay area. There's brand new townhomes being built right here next to me in Santa Clara that are 5-700k
