and yes, the paint is an ultra sleek paint that helps with aerodynamics!! It actually cuts down on drag and in doing so, makes my car invisable to the wind.
The dual wing that I describe is custom made out of 2X4's plexi glass and part of a plastic lawn chair...very effecient at helping keep the wheels on the ground.
