Im a car enthusiast and recently decided to possibly purchase an Audi A4. While im only interested in either 98-00' models anyone happen to know which is best suited as an nice everyday reliable version? The 1.8T or the 2.8 V6? I dont want a 1/4 or track car, since i already have a 1/4 car. Im mainly looking for something thats RELIABLE and is maintanence friendly. Quattro would be nice, but i'll take a FWD version and i know i might as well get a VW, but i like the Audi look a whole lot better. I'd def. be more interested in the manual transmission, but are the automatics reliable? Do these cars happen to have issues with electrical gremlins? Im a mechanic and i did work on audi's and VW and notice that they do have oil leaking issues, but overall i like the look of the Audi A4, so any advice or info would be great upon my purchase. thanks all.
