All-motor mods:
Dinan intake, Dinan air-flow meter (dunno if this is worth it), throttle body (bore and port-match it...dont go to Dinan), intake manifold (Schrick), headers, exhaust, cams (Schrick)
My set up (minus the air-flow meter & intake manifold)...was very fun, but then again it was done on an ///M3.
You can also do a port/polish ... yadda yadda
If you want to get coilovers, I recommend the KW's. If spring/shocks, then H&R/Bilstein. Get some wheels with a high off-set and shove some 255s in the rear...can do a stacker set-up or go Euro style and put 235s all around.
