The easiest tickets to fight are the ones with the wrong date on them. All you have to do is go to courst and prove that you werent at that specific spot on the night the ticket states and it will get dismissed. There is another post for suing cops on this board. I dont know about their reason, but this kind of harrassment would definitely make me want to sue.
