ok i never recieved my first notice on my ticket but did recived the 2nd notice i didn't call 4 an extension.....i got it fixed and signed off but 3 days late.....the thing is they suspended my licence now which i am pissed about.....they sent a paper telling me to pay the bail at almost 4 bills which i can't afford...and sent my signoff stuff back to me....the question is can i go to court and clear this up i mean this is really messed up....btw i was not at the races when this happened i was in fremont at a party driving back to the freeway and get pulled over 4 in the morning....any info is appreciated thanks
p.s. they also crossed out if i fix the violations they will dismiss it so they say pay bail or no licence.....i hate this...
