i was in ontario the other night afer watching the fast and the furious. a couple of my buddies and e decided to race on a sid street off Haven. o cop came and pulled me over as i was lining up. he didn't catch me for racing. but gave me a misdemeanor and read my miranda rights. He then gave me a notice to appear. The reason was for being on a temporary closed street. That street was closed between the hours of 1 pm and 6 am. i was there at midnight. what do i say when i goto court? what can happen to me? will i have a criminal record for life? i have never had a record prior to this. Will my insurance go up?
