yah i got that same damn ticket, the reason they give you a ticket is cause the blinkers dont reflect light at night when you car is parked, so someone might hit it, is what fremont motorcycle cop told me, and i got the ticket during the day too, its like getting a damn broken headlight ticket during the day, pointless, why do your blinkers need to be reflective during the day anway
i dont understand it, and he probably put that you cant write it off because you "purposly" modified you blinkers, damn cops are ass's these days
