Witheld adjudication is'nt a plea at all, its a judgement which may be granted like any other . Basically it's like a suspended sentence. The actual plea which is used first is a plea of no contest to butter up the court. Then a motion for the judge to withhold adjudication is made by the defendant. Good lookin out though.
