I called and asked since noone knew. N.O.S. sells fully legal kits for the F-body, ie Camaro, Trans-Am, and Mustang. These kits were allowed due to their lower compression engines, but you must at all times have the green sticker on your window to let rescuers know you carry a flammable gas in the car if you ever get into a wreck. So far these are the only kits they sell with the CARB number, and they dont think any import kits will ever become legal due to high compression.
