The New Lancer is Hot! I wasn't impressed on seeing the pics on the web but in person it makes you drool.

We had a 03 Lancer Evolution VIII stop by our shop.  We will be making a custom gauge pod for it.  Of course I have been eyeing this car, as any car enthusiast has these days.  When it comes to the Mitsubishi Lancer, they do not look at all sporty.  So I was thinking that the Evolution VIII wasn't going to crack down to be all that much either. 

I'll admin now that I was WRONG.  When this car pulled up to our shop, my partner and I were in awe!  We were like that's it.  That car is f@#$#@ hot!  If I was in the market for a new car, I think this would be the one.  They've been out for a month, but I haven't seen any on the road yet.

This car was bone stock, yet loaded.  Momo steering wheel, Big Brembo brakes all the way around, Yokohama AVS tires, Enkei Wheels, A huge intercooler, Recaro seats.  Oh I forgot to mention the huge carbon fiber wing on the rear.  It seems we always make fun of the big wing, but this wing just makes the car.  It's a manly racing wing that puts all others to shame.  It's made out of carbon fiber too.  This baby is a 271 Horsepower turbo charged wet dream.   Be on the lookout for these bad boys.  They start at about $28k.  For more info just check out the gallery of pics I took at here: http://www.sromagazine.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=637
