A local street racer was trying to rush out when CHP thought he was trying to run them over and shot him.

Over 100 cars were doing their thing in Imperial Valley, when the CHP came and had to break it up. Some kids got scared and tried to drive away but CHP drew their weapons and shot a driver. Local News link can be found here:
